Novostal-M is a metallurgical holding company with primary assets in the Abinsk Electro-Metallurgical Plant and the Balakovo Metallurgical Plant. It has representative offices in various regions of Russia, as well as in Turkey, China, Colombia, South Africa, and Thailand. The product range includes hundreds of items, such as metal rolled products, wire, mounting and reinforcement.

Implementing a solution based on CRM – Bitrix24 and ERP – 1C:World Edition. Integration between the two systems.
Main Tasks Included:
- Implementing a CRM system
- Training users on system functionality
- Developing a multilingual interface to enable users to operate in both Russian and English language
- Ensuring reliable recording of stock balances and movements
- Planning production and detailed recording of process flow charts
- Automating the creation of requests for necessary materials
- Providing transparency of production cost information
- Establishing an accounting system to manage financial transactions in multiple currencies
- Presenting production cost data clearly
Deployment and Implementation
First.Bit team established principles for introducing normative and reference information and organized existing directories within historical systems and data. During the implementation phase, we worked with the client’s representatives and responsible staff members to define approaches for the integration of normative and reference information (NRI).
After launching the software product, we conducted a series of activities, including staff training, system customization, testing, and ongoing support. These efforts ensured the production process operated smoothly and met the desired objectives. To enhance understanding of data presentation within the system, we held demonstrations using end-to-end examples that aligned with the company’s existing business processes.
Project Results
After the deployment of the 1C ERP configuration, our team created a comprehensive accounting system for the client’s enterprise. This system automates sales, purchasing, settlement, and order management processes, and supports a multilingual interface. We also set up templates for accounting, which significantly improved the company’s efficiency.
As a result, the accuracy and consistency of record-keeping increased, leading to faster data processing and more informed decision-making. Additionally, the systems were successfully integrated for normative and reference information (NRI), tasks, and transactions.
